Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the Anderson County Alternative School, in operation since 1996! This school has established itself in the community as a place where students can succeed. Educators, law enforcement officials, community and business leaders, and private citizens worked diligently to provide second chance opportunities for students who have been expelled from an Anderson County school or court-ordered by a Family Court judge.

This year's school theme is "Kindness is Kooler". Our students need to realize that being kind is the right thing to do, and doing the right thing is always cool! We are excited about the challenges and the opportunities for continued education that are offered to your student. Please join our team of dedicated professionals and set your personal "great expectations" for academic, social, emotional, and behavorial performance. Together, we can make a difference.
